Samsung Just Keeps Bringing the Hits – The Samsung LN32B360 32” Inch 720p LCD HDTV

Introduction
Yet again, I have the pleasure of reviewing another excellent Samsung TV. The Samsung LN32B360 32” 720p LCD HDTV, yet again, shows Samsung’s ability to produce some of the finest LCD TVs available. Obviously, Samsung understands something many other LCD TV manufacturers don’t; and that is that in smaller size HDTV units, 1080p technology has virtually no advantage over 720p technology, and simply adds unneeded expense to the television.

Features/Performance
How Samsung is able to pack so much performance and so many features into a LCD TV costing less than $500 is simply beyond comprehension. However, they have achieved just that. This Samsung 32” 720p LCD actually outperforms many 1080P LCD TVs in the same size range. Picture quality on the LN32B360 is exceptional; colors are crisp, rich and true. Likewise, shades of black, white and gray are all displayed with great accuracy and definition.
The Samsung 32” HDTV enjoys above-average screen refresh and redraw rates; there was no evidence of ghosting or sluggishness even with intense action video games and movies. In fact, this HDTV makes a fantastic alternative for use as a primary gaming monitor.
Connectivity options abound on the LN32B360, and it supports two HDMI ports and one component video out connection. That a TV in this price range can offer a second HDMI connection is simply outstanding; and I am sure other manufacturers will have to follow suit soon.
The remote control supplied with the Samsung LN32B360 is very well designed, well made and intelligently laid out. The remote allows access to useful menu features; and quickly recognizes and configures external devices. Sound quality from the TV from was accurate and substantial.
Although the Samsung LMB3260 32” 720p LCD TV is an exceptional TV, there are a couple of areas where it could have been better. The TV lacks an S-Video interface and does not offer picture in picture capability. If added, those two features would place this Samsung LCD TV into a class all by itself.

Conclusion
We have come to expect excellence from Samsung TVs; and this one is certainly no exception. Quality craftsmanship, exceptional performance and extraordinary value make the LN32B360 a very smart choice. Before buying a 32 inch LCD TV, you really owe it to yourself to give this one a closer look.
