The King of Beers TV’s – Samsung LN46B750 46-Inch 1080p 240Hz LCD HDTV with Charcoal Grey Touch of Color
Introduction
I want this TV; so, if you really enjoy reading my reviews and want to show your appreciation for all of my hard work in researching, sweating and presenting them to you, then this TV would be a good place to start. Wow! It is phenomenal. Do I sound excited? Let me tell you why:
Features/ Performance
This is the best 46 inch LCD TV I have ever had the privilege of watching. In addition, it has more bells and whistles, more doo-dads and more whatchamacallits than any other TV I’ve ever tested. In fact there are so many, I can’t possibly tell you about them all; so, I’ve picked out a few of the major features, as well as a few of my favorites, to share with you in our review today.
Samsung has released a brand new component for displaying Internet content on your television, and it has been dubbed MEDI 2.0; it displays directly on your TV screen content from Yahoo, Flickr and other online sites that support online widgets or the widgets standard. There are hundreds of sites that support widgets, and more are added every day; if you do a web search for the word “widgets”, you won’t find a shortage of possibilities. With a network enabled PC connected to the same local area network (LAN) as your TV, you can even access pictures, video and other media directly from your computer without ever having to get up off the sofa.
An HDTV at this level should have plenty of connection options, and the Samsung LN46B750 doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. It offers HDMI, D-Sub, VGA, USB, Component Video and the list seems to go on without any end in sight. Trust me, if you have something you need connected to a TV, then the LN46B750 has a slot or port to fix you right up.
Performance of the Samsung LN46B750 cannot adequately be described with mere words; it needs to be experienced firsthand, in order to appreciate the appeal of the viewing experience. There are times you will swear you are in a first class theatre with this TV. Image quality is second to none, as far as LCD TVs are concerned; and I have only seen a couple of very expensive Plasma TVs that can compete in terms of image quality, resolution and overall picture performance. I am simply astounded that Samsung offers this TV in the sub $2000 price range.
Conclusion
Someone buy me one! Please!
